What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please note that we do not accept returns for opened or used skincare products due to hygiene reasons.
How can I request a refund?
To request a refund, please email us at info.emmanuelronseti@gmail.com with your order ID and the reason for return. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Do you offer exchanges?
We’re happy to replace items if they arrive damaged or if you received the wrong product. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Are shipping charges refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
